“Jin Shin Do” means “The Way of the Compassionate Spirit.” Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure® uses gentle yet deep finger pressure on specific acu-points and verbal Body Focusing techniques, to help release “armoring” or chronic tension, balance the “Qi” or energy, and improve vitality. This clothes-on method helps relieve stress- and trauma- related problems. Originated by psychotherapist Iona Marsaa Teeguarden, JSD promotes a pleasant trancelike state, in which one can relax and move out of the head and into the body, accessing feelings and inner wisdom.

Nima Mahallati

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

A Reiki session involves the use of hands without touching as the primary deliverer of life energy or Ki. The energy is delivered to the body’s energy centers or chakras. A person receiving Reiki is fully clothed and invited to relax. As blockages and releasing are occurring, individuals may experience insights to issues in their lives. Being open to the energies of Reiki is a life changing event and can lead to more understanding of the true self.

Stefanie Butler – Atlanta Sound Healing
Stefanie uses Tibetan Singing Bowls and voice to create a healing space for her clients. Everything is vibrational and when we are “out of tune”, the bowls can assist us in returning to balance, shifting energetic blocks and balancing our chakras. The bowls have the ability to put us into alpha or theta brainwave states that let us access a quiet, peaceful state of mind which has a powerful healing effect on our bodies, mind and spirit. Connect with Stefanie at atlantasoundhealing.com and Atlanta Sound Healing on Facebook.

Tribal ReUnion Session: Flower Moon Stone Peoples Lodge

Flowers Within

Originally uploaded by kathy koch

Entry Point: We are 100% open on all levels, gracefully allowing & radiating prosperity, love, connection, learning, community, inclusion, creativity, expression, sustainability, teaching, clearing & balance. Spirit please for the best and highest good of all concerned. (The entry point is similar to setting an intention or saying a creative prayer. A ReUnion Process Session illuminates potential unconscious roadblocks in manifesting this intention and utilizes a variety of tools (including applied kinesiology) to assist in the clearing of a path for love and grace to flow. The book, The ReUnion Process by Peter Scupham, INRI is referenced throughout the session notes below. This group session was facilitated for participants of the Flower Moon Stone Peoples Lodge. For more info, visit: earthkeepers.net)

As the session begins, we are are asked to be aware of a great love illuminating the core of our existence.

A belief that ‘Life is only survival, there is no sacred purpose to it.’ is given power by a trauma coding present within the front of the throat chakra. An external crisis  of conception/gestation/birth or death cycle/a new reality interrupts inner alignment, stigmatizing confidence and authority with confusion triggers this trauma code. A fear of what is being hidden creates disturbing feelings about power and authority over the self. Regretted choices or guilt jam up ones firmly creating new options making one feel shaky, weak, fogged in or unsure. This external crisis creates a state of inner crisis of impotence or fear of being no longer loved, damaging the key to a beneficial & meaningful life. Within this triggered state, there is a tendency to paint circumstances with a gloom, pessimism  or difficulty that justifies one’s own failings and a difficulty in assigning one’s whole self to to the divines nurturing love thereby creating one’s unfulfilled need or hopes. Sexual union or financial success is then invaded, bound & limited by one’s sense of being weak. This loss of faith in the self is created from a repeating feeling of being caged and abandoned. There is a tendency to escape this feeling by introverting into an absorbed/inherited hopelessness that one is wrong and destined to fail. the trauma coding present within the front of the throat chakra begins to be peeled away by experiencing to a specific form in which Spirit exhibits love for and through us. This specific form, known as a Sacred Attribute, is LOVE AS TRUTH – what gives the enlightened heart its fundamental sincerity. (With this there is an optional meditation you may feel drawn to practice: sense/feel/visualize/imagine this attribute coming down from the Divine/Great Spirit/etc., in through the crown of the head, accepting and receiving this attribute fully, then radiating the attribute out through the heart into the world.)

A tribal trance of sad dread, self-obstruction/fear of failing/frustrated unease & tiredness/being held by projected forces holds us within our experience of this material universe. This projected force declares – ‘what you do not control, controls you’ creating both fear and a hunger for power. Knowing and expressing ones higher nature is mired within woundedness, suspicion and fear – creating a resentful and pained darkness. This causes an inner state corrupting ones faith in the self and in the power of grace to guide one through it. The following steps were facilitated on behalf of the group to initiate the release of this trance: Visualization of a black horse galloping on a snow covered field, then seeing it disappear into the white distance. Pulsing opaque spheres within the core of the body with a forgiving white light until they dissolve, thereby creating a core filled with love and light and spraying out light from both ends. With this, a divine epiphany of unending love, unending light is experienced.

We encounter these traumas and dramas in our lives as an opportunity to heal, thereby prompting us towards accomplishing our Mission of total and unconditional love. As the session closes, we are again reminded of a great love illuminating the core of our existence. Processing time will complete by June 24th. Love and light to us all!

“May the stars carry your sadness away,
May the flowers fill your heart with beauty,
May hope forever wipe away your tears,
And, above all, may silence make you strong.”
~ Chief Dan George
